Vessel schedule and closing time

You can now check, on the Salerno Container Terminal official site, the vessels expected at the Terminal with related closing time. 

The current day and the following day are exposed and updated on regular basis. 

The current day is marked by the label TODAY: 

The following day has no label and fades continuously every ten seconds: 

By clicking on the satellite icon LIVE, you can check the real time berthing by means of an external service supplier: 

By clicking on the vessel name, you can track the vessel position by means of an external service supplier. 

If you want to check the arrivals based on a wider time interval, you can use the Web Portal as well. 

Check the pick up status of an IMPORT container

Starting from the 6th of January, the delivery order account holder must delegate the pick-up of an import container to the trucking company.

Here below, how this new process affects the Web Verifica Svincolo Import.

Since today everybody can verify, by the Web Portal, if a full import container is ready for the picking up by truck. 

By running the report Web Verifica Svincolo Import, it's now possible to figure out any issue and fix it before sending the truck to the Terminal.

In case container is not yet on site then report will not list any data. 

Regardless from the report output, do not forget that for the picking up of a full import container the badge is a mandatory requirement. 

Check empty containers based on the booking number

Since today everybody can verify, by the Web Portal, which empty containers have been delivered based on the booking number.

By running the report Web Booking Vuoti (Entro 15 gg), it's now possible to retrive the basic information about your cargo and avoid any privacy issue. 

You can use the report to retrieve the numbers of the incoming export containers and - eventually - to book the weigh service at the Terminal. 

Attivazione Customer Area: modulo Consultazione Temporanea Custodia [ITALIANO]

La nuova Customer Area della Salerno Container Terminal spa è on-line a partire da oggi a questo indirizzo.

Il comunicato ufficiale è disponibile qui. 

Il primo dei moduli attivato è Consultazione Temporanea Custodia che permette di visualizzare e scaricare le A3/MRN di tutte le merci introdotte nella Temporanea Custodia gestita dalla Salerno Container Terminal spa.

Progressivamente, verranno attivati altri moduli: daremo ulteriori dettagli nei mesi a venire. 

L'adesione alla Customer Area è completamente gratuita e può essere richiesta qui. 

Anteprima Consultazione Temporanea Custodia nella nuova Customer Area [ITALIANO]

Una piccola anteprima del modulo Consultazione Temporanea Custodia per il recupero delle A3 introdotte nella Temporanea Custodia di Salerno Container Terminal, che a breve sarà messo a disposizione nella nuova Customer Area.

Truck Appointment per il ritiro dell'importazione [ITALIANO]

E' disponibile sul Web Portal il nuovo servizio di Truck Appointment per il ritiro dei contenitori import: qui il comunicato ufficiale. 

Per prenotare uno slot di appuntamento: 

    1. Vai su Prenotazione Camion;
    2. Premi il bottone Disponibili; 
    3. Premi su Avanzate ed inserisci l'intervallo di tempo di tuo interesse:

    4. Tra gli slot temporali di un'ora che sono disponibili, individua quello in cui ritirerai il contenitore import, premi sui tre puntini e seleziona Prenota:

    5. Il campo Vettore sarà automaticamente popolato con il codice della tua ditta di trasporto: seleziona un Autista e un Camion tra quelli disponibili: 

    6. Nel box Ritiro seleziona Deve Ritirare ed inserisci il numero di contenitore senza spazi e senza punto; più contenitori possono essere inseriti separati da uno spazio o da una virgola: 

    7. Premi il bottone Salva e prendi nota del numero di appuntamento (in questo caso 2201121) da comunicare all'operatore di Gate In: 

    8. Tutte le prenotazioni inoltrate saranno disponibili nella sezione Prenotati:
