Customer Area: modulo Consultazione Arrivo Navi [ITALIANO]

E' on-line il modulo Consultazione Arrivo Navi nella Customer Area della Salerno Container Terminal spa. 

Il modulo permette di:

• Consultare arrivi e partenze delle navi in un arco di tempo di 5 giorni; 
• Verificare i seguenti status nave: in attesa, arrivata, partita; 
• Verificare i closing time per le navi in elenco; 
• Ricevere notifiche via e-mail, relativamente ai seguenti status nave: arrivata, partita. 

L'iscrizione alla Customer Area è gratuita e può essere richiesta compilando il form disponibile a questo indirizzo. 

Vessel schedule and closing time

You can now check, on the Salerno Container Terminal official site, the vessels expected at the Terminal with related closing time. 

The current day and the following day are exposed and updated on regular basis.

By clicking on the satellite icon LIVE, you can check the real time berthing by means of an external service supplier: 

By clicking on the vessel name, you can track the vessel position by means of an external service supplier. 

If you want to check the arrivals based on a wider time interval, you can use the Web Portal as well. 

Check the pick up status of an IMPORT container

Starting from the 6th of January, the delivery order account holder must delegate the pick-up of an import container to the trucking company.

Here below, how this new process affects the Web Verifica Svincolo Import.

Since today everybody can verify, by the Web Portal, if a full import container is ready for the picking up by truck. 

By running the report Web Verifica Svincolo Import, it's now possible to figure out any issue and fix it before sending the truck to the Terminal.

In case container is not yet on site then report will not list any data. 

Regardless from the report output, do not forget that for the picking up of a full import container the badge is a mandatory requirement. 

Check empty containers based on the booking number

Since today everybody can verify, by the Web Portal, which empty containers have been delivered based on the booking number.

By running the report Web Booking Vuoti (Entro 15 gg), it's now possible to retrive the basic information about your cargo and avoid any privacy issue. 

You can use the report to retrieve the numbers of the incoming export containers and - eventually - to book the weigh service at the Terminal.
