In order to improve security processes during gate operations, an identification badge will be supplied to truck drivers to run any gate operation at Salerno Container Terminal.
Drivers will prove their identities through their badge meanwhile gate clerks, passing the badge in a reader, will connect the owner of the badge to the basic data of the terminal operating system (TOS).
As result, Salerno Container Terminal will verify trucker identities and will store drivers info into its TOS at once.
EIR will be affected by this process and we will definitely capture the correct truckers IDs on any gate related document.
Enhancement, should be operational from January 2020 onward.
