Weigh request via Web Portal

Since today you can request to weight your cargo via the Web Portal.

Select the option Cargo Update Request, from the left bar menu, and fill the below fields: 

 

 

In the Note field (highlighted in blue) enter a short note to specify the invoicing party (your Organisation might act on behalf of a third party).

Press the button Aggiungi Task and you have done: 

 

You can optionally choose to be notified, via an e-mail, as soon as the request will be acknowledged by our TOS; press the button Mostra, then press the button Aggiungi Destinatari and select an e-mail address:

 

 

 

Be advised that, starting from the 31 of October, this will be the only way to submit a weigh request to Salerno Container Terminal spa.

Report WEB Verifica VGM

If you have to submit a weighing request to Salerno Container Terminal, you can now retrieve the containers ids and all the relevant VGM informations based on the booking number. This will allow you: 

1. To retrieve the containers ids and to submit related VGM request;
   
2. Check if your VGM request has been correctly logged into our systems; 
3. Check if containers have been finally weighed and then print out the Web Bindello. 

Report is available in the section Report -> Terminal SCT Reports and it's labeled as WEB Verifica VGM.

As first stage of a mid' term investment plan, five last generation trucks with telescopic trailers, have been purchased and are currently on the road bringing around your cargo!

Our web platform can track shipments in real time and also allows to deliver, via a dedicated smartphone app, all the needed informations/documents to our drivers.
