TPFREP 3.0

Salerno Container Terminal is able to supply TPFREP 3.0 since May 2008.

As matter of the fact, we have been one the the first Terminals in Italy to implement this message following Hapag-Lloyd interchange proposal.

Our TPFREP fully complies with SMDG MIG available here

Nowadays, almost all our customers benefit of TPFREP data processing and we are also evaluating to implement version 4.0 which has been declared stable quite recently.

Let us know your opinion about making available version 4.0 dropping a comment here!

New Web Portal with Italian translations

We are testing the new Web Portal and also implementing Italian translations for web users based in Italy.

The new Web Portal will be available, on first stage, for Liner Operators and then for all our customers.

Liner Operators can already log-in by their existing account but be advised that there are still issues to fix and necessary enhancements to apply.

Stay tuned for new updates!

Discharge / Load EXCEL template

Salerno Container Terminal has full EDI capabilities but is also glad to assist customers not EDI oriented yet.

Customers can export data from their in-house systems to an EXCEL file according the following template and then submit, via the e-mail, a discharge/load list to the Terminal.

We can upload this template in our system in few seconds and ensure the usual readiness of the standard operational processes despite the lack of EDI.

Customs formalities for import containers

Since March 2014, we retrieve all the customs information directly from the IT infrastructure of the Agenzie delle Dogane: here, you can find the complete press release and figure out all the details.

Having a real time connection with the Agenzie delle Dogane, means that you do not have to worry to deliver a copy of the Custom Bill (DAE) to the Terminal: just connect to our Web Portal and make sure that your cargo is ready to go:

You do not need to register to collect such basic information: type your cargo number and you will be soon in business!

COARRI D00B Release

It come to our attention that several Line Operators are attaching to their containers seals with more than 10 characters.

We are glad to support this process in our EDI transmissions implementing COARRI D00B which, as opposite to COARRI D95B which allows only 10 characters, allows to report seals with a maximum of 35 characters.

Our COARRI D00B complies with the SMDG MIG available here.
