Weigh request via Web Portal

Since today you can request to weight your cargo via the Web Portal.

Select the option Cargo Update Request, from the left bar menu, and fill the below fields: 

 

 

In the Note field (highlighted in blue) enter a short note to specify the invoicing party (your Organisation might act on behalf of a third party).

Press the button Aggiungi Task and you have done: 

 

You can optionally choose to be notified, via an e-mail, as soon as the request will be acknowledged by our TOS; press the button Mostra, then press the button Aggiungi Destinatari and select an e-mail address:

 

 

 

Be advised that, starting from the 31 of October, this will be the only way to submit a weigh request to Salerno Container Terminal spa.
