Through Web Portal, Cargo Operator can submit a Delivery Order to release import cargo.
Select the option Cargo Update Request from the left bar menu and fill the below fields:
- Select the item STOP to work with Delivery Order clearance;
- Select the item ISO Container to work with cargo type containers;
- Enter container numbers without blank spaces and separated by comma;
- Select the item DELIVERY ORDER BLOCK;
- Select the item Rimuovi;
- Enter the clearance expiring date (optional);
- Enter the clearance reference.
Press the button Aggiungi Stop and then Salva:
You can optionally choose to be notified, via an e-mail, as soon as the request will be acknowledged by our TOS; press the button Mostra, then press the button Aggiungi Destinatari and select an e-mail address:
