Creating a delivery order to release import containers by Web Portal

Through Web Portal, Cargo Operator can submit a Delivery Order to release import cargo. 

Select the option Cargo Update Request from the left bar menu and fill the below fields: 

1. Select the item STOP to work with Delivery Order clearance; 
2. Select the item ISO Container to work with cargo type containers; 
3. Enter container numbers without blank spaces and separated by comma; 
4. Select the item DELIVERY ORDER BLOCK; 
5. Select the item Rimuovi; 
6. Enter the clearance expiring date (optional); 
7. Enter the clearance reference. 

Press the button Aggiungi Stop and then Salva:

You can optionally choose to be notified, via an e-mail, as soon as the request will be acknowledged by our TOS; press the button Mostra, then press the button Aggiungi Destinatari and select an e-mail address:
