In early 2024 Salerno Container Terminal implemented a new M&R system that supports modern HHDs, OCR recognition, a wide set of EDI messages, and interconnection to the systems's Liners Operator via API.
While implementation changed drastically our approach to M&R processes, customers also took great advantage of the new system, having now the chance to connect via the web to our M&R platform and run, by themselves, the following tasks:
- Checking all the details of existing estimates;
- Downloading existing photos;
- Authorizing pending estimates.
